Powered Up Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1 1⁄2 cups low-fat milk
2 ripe bananas, mashed (about ¾ cup)
2 1⁄2 scoopsPower Up Vanilla Protein Blend
1⁄3 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp baking powder
1 tspCinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 cup toasted, chopped pecans
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, bananas, Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend, brown sugar, beaten eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold in toasted, chopped pecans.
- Divide mixture into 2 Muffin Makers. Microwave 1 tray at a time on medium-high for 10 min.
- Cool in pan for 5 min.
