Pear & Apple Crumble Pancakes

Ingredients
1 tbspApple Pie Spice
2 tbsp oatmeal
1 recipeHomemade Mix and Pancakes
1 tbsp butter
1 apple, thinly sliced
1 pear, thinly sliced
1 tbsp brown sugar
juice of 1/2 small lemon
Preparation
- Fold Apple Pie Spice and oatmeal into Homemade Pancake batter.
- Cook according to Homemade Mix and Pancake recipe directions. Keep warm in a low oven.
- In frying pan, melt butter, then add apple, pear, sugar, and lemon juice. Sauté for approximately 5 minutes, then spoon over pancakes.
