(14 oz/398 ml) artichoke hearts, quartered
14 cup
sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
2 cups
cooked penne pasta
Parmesan cheese, optional
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat pan. Sauté onion.
  2. Add Herb & Garlic Dip Mix, olives, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Toss in cooked pasta and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
