Pasta Pronto with Sun-dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion, diced
1 tbspHerb & Garlic Dip Mix
1⁄4 cup black olives
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) artichoke hearts, quartered
1⁄4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
2 cups cooked penne pasta
Parmesan cheese, optional
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Preparation
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat pan. Sauté onion.
- Add Herb & Garlic Dip Mix, olives, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Toss in cooked pasta and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
