Oven Roasted Greek Potatoes

1⁄3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp Souvlaki Seasoning
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1 tsp dried mint
4 large potatoes, scrubbed, cut in wedges
- Whisk 7 first ingredients together.
- Coat potatoes with marinade.
- Bake in a shallow baking pan at 400° F (205° C). for 35 minutes, or until golden.
