Ingredients


Preparation

OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Arrange chips on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
  3. Sprinkle with vegetables and diced chicken. Top with cheese, and sprinkle with dip mix. 
  4. Bake until cheese melts, 8-10 min.
  5. Sprinkle with green onions and serve with guacamole and salsa, if desired.

GRILL

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Arrange chips in a cast iron pan.
  3. Sprinkle with vegetables and diced chicken. Top with cheese, and sprinkle with dip mix. 
  4. Grill, with lid closed, until cheese melts, 8-10 min.
  5. Sprinkle with green onions and serve with guacamole and salsa, if desired.
Tips

Swap meat for 1 cup cooked black beans or lentils.
