Mushroom & Pepper Tartine
A tartine is an elegantly topped, open-faced French sandwich.
4 slices of bread, your choice, cut from a round loaf
1⁄2 cupHerb & Garlic Spread, prepared
1 cup baby arugula or spinach
1 recipe Marinated Mushrooms
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- Place bread on a crisper. Toast for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- To assemble, top each slice with spread, arugula leaves, then mushrooms.
