The longer these mushrooms marinate, the more delicious they become. Try as an accompaniment to hummus, on mezze platters, or cut up in salad.
2 cups halved mushrooms
1 tbsp water
- Place mushrooms and water in a Multipurpose Steamer.
- Microwave, covered, for 2 minutes on high.
- Pour bread dipper over mushrooms and season with salt and pepper to taste.
