Mango Curry Cauliflower
1 whole head cauliflower
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Mango Curry Dip Mix
1⁄4 cupMango Curry Dip, prepared
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
- Trim cauliflower of green leaves. Run knife around the core of the cauliflower and remove.
- Rub olive oil over surface and dust with Mango Curry Dip Mix.
- Place in a Multipurpose Steamer, cover, and microwave for 8 minutes.
- Season cauliflower to taste, cut into wedges, and serve with dip.
