Layered Kale & Veggie Salad

A lunch or dinner worthy side that can also be beautifully layered in a mason jar. Simply put dressing on the bottom of the jar and layer, shake, and enjoy.

Ingredients
4 cups shredded kale
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1⁄2 cucumber, sliced
1⁄4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1⁄4 cup preparedBalsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, or dressing of your choice
1⁄4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
- In a large serving bowl, layer the first six ingredients.
- Top with feta and serve.
