Japanese Ginger Sauce

Great with seafood, beef and chicken skewers.
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp rice or cider vinegar
Preparation
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
