Ingredients
2 cups
tomato sauce
4 cups
Vegetable Broth, your choice, prepared
1 can
(19 oz/540 ml) white beans, drained and rinsed
12 cup
ruote, elbow macaroni, or other pasta
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Preparation
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a Multipurpose Pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer slowly for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Season with Salt and Pepper. Serve in large bowls and top with Parmesan.
