Herb & Garlic Veggie Cups

For a low-fat dip, prepare with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream (you won’t notice the difference!), and shake up the flavour by swapping in your favourite Dip Mix.
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
1⁄2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 1⁄2 tbspHerb & Garlic Dip MixorLemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 carrot
2 bell peppers
2 celery stalks
1 English cucumber
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, and dip mix. Divide between six glasses or clear plastic cups.
- Peel carrot. Slice carrot, peppers, celery, and cucumber into sticks.
- Arrange the chopped veggies into the cups with one end dipped into dip.
