Grilled Refried Bean Quesadillas
4 tortillas, warmed
1 can (14 oz/ 398 ml) refried beans
1 cupPoco Picante Salsa, prepared
1⁄2 - 1 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese
- Place the tortillas in a grill pan over medium heat.
- Place refried beans and Salsa on one half of each tortilla, top with cheese and fold in half. Repeat with each tortilla. Grill for approximately 1–2 minutes per side until cheese melts.
- Remove from heat and slice each into halves. Serve.
