Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tspPoco Picante Salsa Mix

Preparation

Place asparagus in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Poco Picante Salsa Mix. Toss to coat.
Place on a crisper or grilling pan. Grill over high heat, occasionally shaking pan, until asparagus is lightly charred, approximately 6–8 minutes.
