Grilled Chicken and Tzatziki Wraps
A Greek restaurant classic made easy at home!
12 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 tbsp Souvlaki Seasoning
1 large tomato
1 large red onion
2 cups shredded lettuce
1⁄4 cupGreek Dressing
8 whole-wheat pitas or tortillas
1 recipe preparedDillicious Tzatziki, or Hummus
- Place tomato, onion and lettuce in a bowl and drizzle with Greek Dressing. Toss to mix. Set aside.
- Season chicken with Souvlaki Seasoning and grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning often, until cooked through. Remove to a cutting board, then coarsely chop.
- Spread pitas with tzatziki, then fill with chicken and marinated vegetables.
