Greek Style Salad To-Go

1 tbspGreek Dressing, prepared
1 cup cooked white beans, or protein of your choice
1 tomato, cut into wedges
1⁄2 English cucumber, cut into 3” long rounds
1⁄2 small red onion, sliced
1⁄2 bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese, optional
Greek or black olives, optional
Savoury Granola, prepared, to taste
- Layer all items in order starting with the dressing, seal with the lid, grab a fork and napkin, and off you go!
