1 egg + 1 tbsp water or milk, lightly beaten, for egg wash
- Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
- Cut pizza dough into 6 pieces and roll each one into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle with topper.
- Starting with one long edge, roll up dough to form a log. Using both hands, roll log into a long rope at least 16" long.
- Form each rope into the shape of a pretzel, then place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Generously brush tops with egg wash, then liberally sprinkle with Sea Salt. Bake until golden, 15–17 minutes.
