Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Heat a Wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and Minced Garlic. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes. Add broccoli.
  3. Whisk together cornstarch and Vegetable Broth and add to pan.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for approximately 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp and sauce thick. Add chili peppers, if desired. Serve.
Tips

Serve on a bed of steamed brown rice. Also delicious served hot or cold with noodles, or in a wrap.
