1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef, chicken, pork, or soy
2 1⁄2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, divided
1 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp oil
1 cup coleslaw mix
8 - 16 leaves butter or iceberg lettuce

- In Multipurpose Steamer, combine meat, and 1 tbsp soy sauce, and seasoning. Cover and microwave on high until meat is cooked through, 3–5 min.
- In a bowl, whisk together dressing mix, rice vinegar, remaining soy sauce, and oil. Add coleslaw; toss to mix.
- To serve, spoon meat into each lettuce leaf (use 2 leaves per wrap for a heartier serving) and top with slaw and wonton crisps, if desired.
