5-Minute Baked Yams

Yams cooked in just 5 minutes! Yams are a great way to add essential nutrients and fibre to your diet. Ingredients
4 medium yams or sweet potatoes
2 tbsp butter
Toppings (optional): fresh herbs, crumbled feta
Preparation
- Scrub yams and pierce several times with a fork. Place in Multipurpose Steamer and microwave, covered, for 5–7 min, until easily pierced with a fork.
- Slice potato across the top. Top each yam with 1⁄2 tbsp butter and dip mix.
