Philly-Style Cheesesteak

Smothered with melted cheese, this Philly cheesesteak sandwich is delicious & will transport you to the City of Brotherly Love.

Ingredients
2 bell peppers
1 small yellow onion
1 lb (450 g) thinly sliced beef strips
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
6 hoagie rolls, toasted
Preparation
- Preheat oven 375° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Slice peppers and thinly slice onion. In a large bowl, combine peppers, onion, beef, mushrooms, oil, and seasoning. Toss until well coated.
- Arrange in a single layer on pan as best you can. Roast for 15 min.
- Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. Place back in oven and roast 2 min or until cheese melts.
- Serve in hoagie rolls.

Tips
To easily slice steak into thin pieces, freeze until it's just firm but not completely frozen, 30-45 min.
Hoagie rolls are long, flat buns. Swap in mini sub buns or hot dog buns.
