4 Pepper Butter

Herbed butter provides a delicious burst of flavour to all kinds of foods. Delicious with corn on the cob, halibut, sole and scallops.
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup butter, at room temperature
2 tsp 4 Pepper Blend, crushed
1⁄2 lime, juiced
Preparation
- Mix crushed 4 Pepper Blend and lime juice with butter.
