FOR GINGERBREAD:
COOKIES - Just add butter, 1 egg and molasses to create the perfect gingerbread cookie.
CRUST - Crush cookies and mix with sugar, and butter. Use it for cheesecakes, cream pies, custard pies, or any no-bake dessert.
FOR CHOCOLATE VELVET CHEESECAKE:
CHEESECAKE - Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat back cream cheese and mix until smooth. Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time. Add 1 cup yogurt and beat until smooth. Pour into crust.
HOT CHOCOLATE - Add 1tbsp of mix to 1 cup warm milk of your choice.
FOR FUDGY BROWNIE:
BROWNIES - Mix blend with butter (or coconut oil), milk (of your choice), and vanilla. Bake. We like adding a handful of chocolate chips to make them extra chocolatey.
LOW FAT BROWNIES - Swap apple sauce for butter. This makes a more subtle chocolate brownie, and the texture isn’t as fudgy.
