FROZEN TREATS - Make ice pops: mix 2 tbsp into 1 cup Greek yogurt, pour into moulds, freeze 4 hours. Two ingredients, no oven. Make frozen yogurt bark: spread dip over a parchment-lined tray, top with fresh fruit, freeze 2 hours. Break into pieces.
BREAKFAST - Easily make overnight oats: stir 1 tsp into oats with milk before refrigerating. Ready in the morning. Add Summer Berry to Pancake & Waffle and Quick Biscuits: stir 1–2 tbsp into batter before baking. Enjoy a parfait: alternate yogurt dip with granola and fresh or frozen blueberries in a glass. Breakfast or dessert.
ENTERTAINING - Make a cream cheese ball: mix 2 tbsp into 250g softened cream cheese, form into a ball, roll in toasted coconut or chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.
DESSERT - For a watermelon pizza, spread over a thick round slice of watermelon, top with fresh berries. Five minutes, no baking.
