Make aioli by adding 1 tbsp of seasoning to 1 cup of mayonnaise and just a splash of lemon juice.
DIP: Dip french fries, roasted potatoes, steamed artichokes, chicken tenders, or even raw vegetables.
SPREAD: on Sandwiches and Burgers instead of mayo
SEAFOOD & FISH: Use it as a sauce for grilled salmon, pan-seared scallops, or as a dip for crab cakes and prawns
PASTA SAUCE: Stir 1 -2 spoonfuls of prepared aioli into hot pasta with some parmesan cheese
PIZZA: Use aioli as a base sauce or as a drizzle over a finished pizza
SALAD DRESSING: Swap garlic aioli for Caesar dressing—thin with milk or water
