Easy and uncomplicated to make using pantry staples like ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and water.  Set and forget it in a slow cooker for 3 - 6 hours. Pull meat into shreds; stir back into the sauce and serve on crusty buns with coleslaw.

Swap in boneless skinless chicken pieces – breast or thighs or go meatless by using canned jackfruit or lentils instead of pork.

TACOS - serve in warm tortillas with guacamole, sour cream and cheese
