Just add a few ingredients - your choice of milk or pasta, and butter (optional) and you've got delicious dinner on the table in under 10 minutes. Make it a meal with your favourite add-ins or low-carb by swapping zucchini noodles (zoodles) or steamed cauliflower for pasta.

MEXI MAC & CHEESE: Stir in 1 cup salsa. Top with crushed taco chips, shredded cheese, and sliced avocado.

PIZZA MAC & CHEESE: Stir in 1 cup warm marinara sauce and ½ cup cooked, lean ground meat. Top with shredded cheese.

TUNA CASSEROLE: Stir in 2 cans (170 g/6 oz) light tuna and 2 cups frozen peas. Top with shredded cheese.

CHICKEN MAC & CHEESE - Stir in 1/2lb cooked chicken strips and 2 cups steamed broccoli. Add 1tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix for extra flavour.

"As always the Mac and cheese is fantastic. Tasty and so easy to make. Amazing over any noodles but living gluten free, definitely give that childhood feel without worrying about bloat. My only complaint is that all Epicure product continue to go up in prices quite substantially. This includes the chocolate pudding which used to be 3/$15 and is now $13 for and for products like the Mac and Cheese was less than $11/3 and now $14/3 (this has increase has happened in less than 4 years."

"The Mac & cheese seasoning is great!! It’s also the only Mac & cheese she’ll eat!!! I like to add cauliflower to the noodles while they’re cooking and mix it all together so we’re getting more veggies in! I also add garlic, onion powder, cayenne, & sage to it to shake it up a bit and have even more flavour!"
