These easy to make gluten-free fudgy brownies are perfect when when you want something sweet or need a last minute dessert.

BROWNIES - Mix blend with butter (or coconut oil), 2 eggs, milk (of your choice), and vanilla. Bake. We like adding a handful of chocolate chips to make them extra chocolatey.

LOW FAT BROWNIES - Swap apple sauce for butter. This makes a more subtle chocolate brownie, and the texture isn’t as fudgy.  

PEPPERMINT BROWNIES - Swap out vanilla extract for peppermint or orange extract or rum. For peppermint brownies, add 1 crushed candy-cane to batter.

rice flour, cocoa powder, corn starch, modified tapioca starch, sea
salt.
