Lemon Dilly Vinaigrette

This classic, all-purpose lemon-dill dressing is not only great on salads, but also on potatoes or as a marinade for fish or grilled chicken.

Lemon Dilly Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • Finely grated zest of one lemon (optional)
  • Sea salt and black pepper (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake or stir to mix.
