Ingredients

2 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
Black Pepper (to taste)
1 cup sliced celery
4 cups cooked bite-sized pasta
1 red pepper (diced)
3/4 cup cubed low-fat cheddar cheese
4 green onions (sliced)

Preparation

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
