A Mediterranean twist on burgers - ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

1 - 2 tsp SPG Seasoning
1 large egg (beaten)
1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
2 tsp Toasted Onion
½ tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 1/4 lbs (560 g) extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp olive oil (if desired)

Preparation

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in a stainless steel mixing bowl.
  2. Add ground beef, breadcrumbs and feta, mixing gently to combine.
  3. With water moistened hands, form mixture into 4 — 3/4" patties.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat with lid closed for 4 minutes each side, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 160° F (70° C).
