Ingredients

white bread
12 cup
milk, your choice
1 lb (450 g)
lean ground beef

egg
1
medium onion, finely chopped
14 cup
crumbled Feta cheese
2 tbsp
package (one or another):
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, soak bread in milk. Add remaining ingredients, combining well by hand.
  3. Form into 16 meatballs. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
Tips

Serve atop whole-grain pasta with prepared Marinara Sauce

Serve in a pita pocket or whole-grain submarine rolls with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and prepared Dillicious Tzatziki.

Serve as an appetizer — make meatballs bite-sized, place on skewers and serve with prepared Epicure Dip.

Serve with 1 cup cooked pasta and 1 cup steamed veggies.
