Serve with 4 oz (113 g) lean protein, 2 cups mixed veggies, and 1 cup cooked rice.
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1⁄2 English cucumber
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
- In a bowl, combine yogurt and dip mix. Set aside.
- Grate cucumber; press to remove excess liquid.
- Add cucumber, salt and pepper to bowl; stir to combine. Serve, or refrigerate up to 5 days in Prep Bowls.
For a thicker sauce, try using Skyr. It's Icelandic-style yogurt that's very thick, rich and creamy. Like Greek yogurt, it's protein dense too.
