2 medium zucchinis
1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Preheat air fryer to 400° F.
- Slice zucchinis into sticks (fries) and place in a large bowl. Toss with mayonnaise and seasoning until evenly coated.
- Place coating mix in a shallow dish. Using tongs or your hands, add zucchini sticks one at a time, rotating and pressing to coat.
- Place zucchini sticks in air fryer and cook 8 min, or until crispy and starting to brown. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches. Do not overcrowd.
