Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 tbsp Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper
4 cups raw or cooked mixed vegetables
1 avocado, sliced
1⁄4 cupSesame Ginger Miso Dressing
hot sauce, to taste, optional
Preparation
- Sprinkle rice with topper. Divide between four bowls.
- Arrange vegetables between the four bowls. Top with fanned avocado slices.
- Drizzle with dressing and top with hot sauce, if desired.
