Za’atar Flatbread

Ingredients
4 pita bread or flatbread of your choice
1 tbsp olive oil
Za'atar Seasoning orShish Kebab Seasoning, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat grill to medium-low.
- Brush each pita with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning, as desired.
- Place on grill and cook for 2-4 minutes, turning once. Bread should still be a little soft.
- Remove from grill and serve with your favorite kebabs and tzatziki.
