West Coast Grilled Salmon Burger
A West Coast favourite grilled to perfection.
4 (4 oz/120 g) skinless salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbspSalmon Rub
1⁄4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tbspCreamy Ranch Dip Mix
4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
4 lettuce leaves
4 red onion ring slices
- Brush salmon with oil, then sprinkle with Salmon Rub.
- Place on grill and barbecue over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Stir mayonnaise with Creamy Ranch Dip Mix and spread on bottom halves of buns. Cover with lettuce and onions. Place salmon on top.
