Vitamin C Power Fruit Salad
This salad will give you a healthy dose of the vitamins and minerals that are optimal for energy and clarity.
1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 orange, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 can (4 oz/114 ml) diced pineapple, with juice
1 banana, optional
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients, and enjoy!
