Ingredients
1 can (18 oz/540 ml)
green lentils, drained and rinsed
12 cup
quick oats
12 cup
nutritional yeast
1 medium
potato, grated
1
carrot, grated
1
onion, grated
2 tbsp
lemon juice
14 cup
vegetable oil or coconut oil
12 cup
hot water
1 tbsp, or Dip Mix of your choice
3 Onion Dip Mix3 Onion Dip Mix
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Microwave

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
  2. Firmly press mixture into a Multipurpose Steamer.
  3. Microwave for 8–10 min. Cool 10 min before removing from Steamer. 

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
  3. Firmly press mixture into a Multipurpose Steamer.
  4. Bake 1 hour. Cool 10 min before removing from steamer.
Tips

Use as a sandwich filling, spread on crackers or rice cakes, or use as a tourtière filling.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve on a slice of whole-grain toast, or serve with 2 cups veggies.
