Ultimate Asian Noodle Bowl
A restaurant favourite that's easy to make at home. Long noodles symbolize long life - a great good-luck dish for Lunar New Year.

Serve with whole-grain biscuits.
1 pkg (6 oz/170 g) udon noodles, or whole-wheat spaghetti
1⁄2 cupUltimate Asian Sauce, divided
8 cupsNourish Broth, prepared
2 carrots, cut into coins
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 cups shredded cooked chicken, pork or beef
2 - 3 green onions, sliced — optional
- In Multipurpose Pot, boil noodles until tender. Drain and toss with 1⁄4 cup Ultimate Asian Sauce. Set aside.
- Pour Nourish Broth and remaining Ultimate Asian Sauce into Multipurpose Pot and bring to a boil. Add carrots, celery, pepper and mushrooms. Simmer for 15 minutes, until carrots are tender.
- Stir in chicken and green onions. Divide noodles between bowls, then ladle hot soup overtop.
