This makes a great marinade or dipping sauce for chicken, salmon, tofu or pork. Also fantastic as a dressing for coleslaw or leafy green salads.
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp crushed chilies
- Place all ingredients in a Cruet and shake vigorously to mix.
- Sauce will keep well refrigerated for up to one week.
