Tropical Twister Smoothie
Take a trip to the tropics without leaving your kitchen! With plenty of fruit and a boost of superfood spinach, this bright smoothie is sure to please.

Serve with 1 slice whole grain bread and 2 tsp nut butter.
2 cups cold water
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt or kefir
1 cup baby spinach
1 lime, cut in half
- In a blender, combine water, mango, pineapple, yogurt, and spinach. Using a citrus press, squeeze in juice from lime.
- Add protein blend, blend until smooth, 30 sec.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
