Quick and easy to prepare, this soup is great for lunch.
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes, including juice
1 tsp brown sugar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
- Heat olive oil in Multipurpose Pot over medium-high heat. Sauté onions with Pesto Sauce Mix until softened.
- Add diced tomatoes, brown sugar and Bouillon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
