Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425º F.
  2. Line a Sheet Pan with a Sheet Pan Liner. Arrange naan on top.
  3. Evenly divide and spread Thai Stir-Fry over each naan; sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake until edges are crisp and cheese is melted, 10-15 min. Top with spinach.
Tips

Customize the Thai Stir-Fry your way. Use almond, cashew or a nut-free butter.

Serve with 2 cups mixed veggies.
