4 pieces Naan bread
3⁄4 cup shredded mozarella
4 cups baby spinach
- Preheat oven to 425º F.
- Line a Sheet Pan with a Sheet Pan Liner. Arrange naan on top.
- Evenly divide and spread Thai Stir-Fry over each naan; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until edges are crisp and cheese is melted, 10-15 min. Top with spinach.
