Tangy Coleslaw

Serve with 1 corn tortilla, 4 oz (113 g) chicken, and 1 tbsp guacamole.
Ingredients
1⁄3 cup oil
2⁄3 cup vinegar
2 tbsp Coleslaw Dressing Mix
1⁄2 small red cabbage
1⁄2 small green cabbage
Preparation
- In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, and mix.
- Using the 4-in-1 Mandoline, thinly slice cabbage. Add to bowl; stir to combine. Salad will keep well, refrigerated, up to 3 days.
