Put a warm glow in your cheeks with a special after dinner coffee mingled with winter spices and brandy. (Dollop with freshly whipped cream!)
1 cup brandy
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Mulling Spices
2 large strips of orange peel
1 tsp vanilla
1 cinnamon stick
3 cups strong, hot coffee
- In Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup, simmer brandy with sugar, Mulling Spices, orange peel, vanilla, and a cinnamon stick over medium-low heat for 6–8 minutes, until sugar dissolves and flavours blend.
- Strain mixture and discard solids. Divide liquid between glasses.
- If desired, carefully ignite mixture in each glass. Top each glass with coffee made in coffee press.
