Put a warm glow in your cheeks with a special after dinner coffee mingled with winter spices and brandy. (Dollop with freshly whipped cream!)


Ingredients
1 cup
brandy
3 tbsp
sugar
1 tbsp
Mulling Spices
2
large strips of orange peel
1 tsp
vanilla
1
cinnamon stick
3 cups
strong, hot coffee

Preparation
  1. In Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup, simmer brandy with sugar, Mulling Spices, orange peel, vanilla, and a cinnamon stick over medium-low heat for 6–8 minutes, until sugar dissolves and flavours blend.
  2. Strain mixture and discard solids. Divide liquid between glasses.
  3. If desired, carefully ignite mixture in each glass. Top each glass with coffee made in coffee press.
