Steamer Mexican Hot Layer Dip

Ingredients
1⁄2 lb (225 g) lean ground beef
1 tbspFajita Seasoning
1 cupPoco Picante Salsa, prepared
1 cupGuacamole, prepared
1⁄2 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese
1⁄2 cup shredded lettuce
Preparation
- Place beef in a Rectangular Steamer. Microwave for 3 minutes on HIGH. Remove from microwave and drain excess fat. Sprinkle with Fajita Seasoning.
- Layer salsa and guacamole over beef, and top with cheese.
- Return to microwave for 2 minutes to melt cheese. Top with lettuce and serve.
