Steamer Cauli-Mashed Potatoes
2 - 3 medium potatoes, washed and quartered
2 cups chopped cauliflower florets
2 tbspHerb & Garlic Dip Mix
3⁄4 cup milk
2 - 3 tbsp butter
- Combine potato, cauliflower, and dip mix in a Multipurpose Steamer.
- Microwave on high, with lid on, for 10 minutes.
- Mash cauliflower and potatoes with milk and butter until desired consistency.
