Spiked Monte Cristo Sandwich
Makes one super-hearty sandwich or the perfect sandwich for sharing.
2 tbspCCB Dip, prepared
2 slices multigrain or whole-wheat bread
1 - 2 slices smoked ham or turkey
1 - 2 slices Swiss cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
1⁄4 cupPoco Picante Salsa, prepared
- Spread CCB Dip over bread slices. Top with meat and cheese.
- Heat frying pan over medium heat. Add butter.
- Brush sandwich with egg, and cook until golden brown, approximately 2–3 minutes per side.
- Cut into halves or quarters and serve with Poco Picante Salsa.

To feed a crowd, just double or triple the recipe, cut into quarters, and serve up on a platter.
If serving at your party, make the day before, reheat on Epicure Sheet Pan the day of, quarter, and serve.
