Sencha Tea Sauce and Marinade

Use as a marinade, and also cook fish or chicken right in the sauce.

Ingredients
3 tbsp Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend
2 tspMinced Garlic
1 cup boiled hot water
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 jalapeño, seeded and stemmed, optional
2 tbsp unsweetened, toasted shredded coconut
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Preparation
- Add Tea and Minced Garlic to water. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Pour into a food processor (with Tea and Minced Garlic). Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Season to taste.

Tips
